Yes really! Joe Fournier, one of the UK’s leading sporting and celebrity trainers has devised a fabulous workout that not only promises to shape you up but also involves drinking lots of champagne!

Joe has partnered with Laurent-Perrier Ultra Brut Champagne, to launch the ultimate party girl or boys workout. The programme allows you to drink up to 6 glasses of champagne twice a week, this combined with 3 weekly workouts with Joe and adhering to simple to follow nutritional guidelines. The programme guarantees results, whether you want to stay trim during the Christmas party season or simply can’t bear the idea of giving up alcohol as part of your New Year’s resolution. In fact if you follow the programme throughout the party season, then you will inevitably look better after it and there maybe no need for a New Years resolution after all!

Joe has long advocated a training regime that fits in with your lifestyle and at this time of year lifestyle involves partying and inevitably drinking. However, you must drink 2 pints of water before bed, on those party evenings. The programme is supported by an individually tailored carefully designed nutritional programme that helps you make good choices when presented with party nibbles and when dining out, as well as 3 workouts a week with Joe or one of the Fitness Boutique personal coaches. The workouts involve a combination of cardiovascular exercises, boxing moves and specific structured weights. All programmes are bespoke and tailored to meet the individuals goals and are supported with motivational and emotional support.
